The Medicare Urgent Care Clinic provides free, immediate, treatment and care for patients with or are experiencing non-life-threatening injuries or illnesses. Medicare Urgent Care Clinic is supported by highly skilled independent doctors and nurses, utilising excellent treatment and procedure room facilities. 


The Medicare Urgent Care Clinic is open 7 days a week, from 8am-6pm.


You can book online, call or walk-in appointments are also available. Please note ancillary services including radiology may not be open our full operating times, for specific details please refer below.




A nurse will triage and admit to the service if suitable



Some common illnesses or injuries that you can receive priority care for include:


  • Lacerations/cuts requiring stitches
  • Basic fracture management & sprains
  • Minor burns
  • Rashes
  • Urinary tract infections
  • Insect and animal bites
  • Respiratory conditions
  • ENT infections
  • Gastroenteritis
  • Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT)
