Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, you can ask to speak with the Practice Manager who will endeavour to resolve your issue in a timely manner. If you would like to put your complaint in writing, you can email the Practice Manager directly on: manager@allwayshealthcare.org.au
